Before purchase
The applicable plan, price, billing frequency, included users or usage, taxes, and renewal terms will be presented before a paid subscription is activated. Website pricing is planning information until checkout and subscription billing are configured. A signed order form may contain different terms for a specific organization.
Subscription cancellation
Customers may cancel a recurring subscription through the available account controls or verified billing contact channel. Unless the order form or checkout states otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Deleting an application or stopping use does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Plan and user changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge when disclosed at confirmation. Downgrades and reductions in paid users generally take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated. Customers should review data, feature, and access effects before reducing or canceling a plan.
Refund review
Subscription fees are generally nonrefundable once the paid billing period begins, except where required by law, expressly stated at purchase, or approved after reviewing a duplicate charge, billing error, or service issue attributable to MONTERIQ. A request should identify the account, invoice, charge date, and reason for review. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Trials and promotions
If a trial or promotion is offered, its duration, conversion date, eligibility, included features, and cancellation deadline will be disclosed before enrollment. No trial is promised by this website unless those terms are shown during signup.
Service issues
Customers should report a material service problem promptly and provide information reasonably needed to investigate. MONTERIQ may provide remediation, service credit, extension, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the verified issue and applicable agreement. External provider outages and customer configuration issues are reviewed based on the circumstances.
Account data after cancellation
Workspace access and retention after subscription end will follow the account agreement and production data retention schedule. Customers are responsible for exporting information they need before access expires. MONTERIQ may retain limited records for legal, security, dispute, and accounting purposes.
